| About the Two Pipers |
| The Two Pipers come from diverse backgrounds. Their common love and enjoyment of the Great Scottish Highland Pipes and the music have given them many hours of pleasure and enjoyment. Dick Hastings is a retired Air Force Major and currently an engineer working for an international manufacturing company. He served as the Pipe Major for the Grade V Loch Norman Competition Unit. He is also a private instructor for the instrument. Dick has been playing the bagpipes since 1980 and has played with several competition bands during that time. Chip Mayes is a retired Rock n Roll musician having toured with various national acts early in his career. He is now a producer working for an international performance and production company having produced co-produced events of all magnitudes. Chip has been playing the bagpipes for thirteen years. |
